The Morris Arboretum is a lovely place to visit. It has walking paths, beautiful gardens, exciting places to explore and some great historical elements. Their "Out on a Limb" exhibit is not something you will want to miss! They have an onsite cafe if you get hungry or you can explore their many paths to find some hidden passageways!
The Adventure Aquarium is an exciting place to have some close encounters with exciting undersea creatures. The exhibits that you can find here are amazing (especially their wall of water and Shark Bridge!). See some hippos slumbering in their home, or pet some rays as they swiftly pass by you!
The Wings of Freedom Aviation Museum is a great place to learn more about aircraft and the history behind it. Get up close to some awesome aircraft and learn about how they have been used in the past!
Got a lot of energy? Come to Altitude Trampoline Park and burn it off, while having a blast! Fully equipped with trampolines, dodge ball courts, trapeze swing, basketball courts and dueling zones, you don't want to miss this place.
Similar to Altitude, SkyZone is a great place to burn off some energy and have fun at the same time. SkyZone even has some virtual reality elements and a rock climbing wall!
Who doesn't love animals?! The Elmwood Park Zoo is a great place to go explore some amazing animals without having to drive very far. They also have a large playground area in the middle of the zoo, some newer exhibits, and an opportunity to feed some of the animals, making it a very exciting place!
We couldn't make this list without mentioning the Philly Zoo! Adding new attractions and exhibits all the time, this is a "have to see" place. The animals are literally walking around the zoo with you! Don't forget to keep an eye out for the locals; peacocks and geese roam freely throughout the zoo, which can be very exciting when they pass right by you. Another exciting aspect is their petting farm, and free range chicken area. Just don't ask what they do with some of their chicks when they hatch.....don't say we didn't warn you!

The Please Touch Museum is true to its name, it is a place that kids can go to explore. They can touch and play with the exhibits, making it a completely interactive experience for those visiting.
